The “Lustro” of Abbazia San Giorgio is a fragrant and mineral white wine that comes from pure Catarratto grapes. It shows a golden yellow glass tending to orange. The nose releases citrus and floral notes including lemon peel, bitter orange and orange blossom, but also hints of pineapple and passion fruit in the distance with a slight herbaceous note. On the palate, it offers great sapidity and mineral sensations. Production of about 1,500 bottles of this small masterpiece.
