‘Orange’ by Abbazia San Giorgio is a white wine macerated for 15 days on the skins, coming from grapes of Zbbibo cultivated on the black earth of Pantelleria with ancient ancestral methods.
It has a sorbate orange robe and Pantelleria perfume: sweet hints of apricot, citrus peel, dried fruit and honey are intertwined with salty and mineral tones. The sunny and Mediterranean freshness, the refined flavour and the caressing tannin emphasize the sip with rhythm and vitality.
